If you’re looking to speak with someone who knows the ins and outs of the SouthWest Communities Resource Centre’s strategic vision, day-to-day operations, business plans, donor relations, human resources, Debra’s who you need to chat with.  Her background in Child Protection, Community Development and Executive Leadership makes her the perfect fit for building a strong and sustainable community resource centre.

Community Resource Workers:

Marylou Breig, B.S.W, R.S.W.- Manager of Community Programs.

and Aynsley Walsh R.S.W. –Community Resource Worker

With two experienced social workers we have established a team that is passionate and knowledgeable on local resources and can provide assessments, supportive counselling, information, referrals, advocacy and system navigation for the families who visit the SouthWest Communities Resource Centre.

All the staff at the SWCRC have the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among parents, children, volunteers and staff and they are tuned into the culture and needs of the south west residents.  They create an environment that builds positive and healthy relationships which is essential to the success of the SWCRC.

The SWCRC will often be the first point of contact for other support services and resources.  Our Community Resource Workers have the ability to connect and work collaboratively with other agencies to bring programs closer to where people live and help our clients move forward with their lives.

Program Coordinator:  Lily Pang

Lily Pang is the newest member to the SWCRC team.   She comes with great experience in the development and maintenance of a wide range of programs and activities that support vulnerable families.  Lily will work with a dynamic team of volunteers and staff and support us in delivering high impact and top quality programs and services for community  members in south Calgary.
