Programs and services in partnership

We believe that our work is never done in isolation and to have the greatest impact we must work closely with our community partners to build trusting relationships that help reduce the barriers of vulnerable individuals and families.

The SWCRC offers many programs and services that are delivered by local community partners:

Further Education Society provides a program designed for young moms Thursday mornings – call for more information and to register.

Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association provides a 16 week Family Literacy program designed to prepare immigrant pre-school children for the Early Childhood Services and Kindergarten.

SouthWood Public Library – provides free computer courses for adults.  A set of 4 beginner classes are offered every second month.  Give our office a call to register.
